• More employment opportunities in the City of Malmö should be available without the need for Swedish language skills; proficiency in English should be considered enough.
• Reduced employment fees to facilitate the hiring of international employees with the right skill sets at companies, and to help new arrivals establish themselves more quickly in Malmö.
• Investigate how state support for civil society organizations working on integration issues can be made more long-term, rather than being limited to short-term projects as in the past.
